Dear Wisdom,
If you are going to make such a scathing declaration about a small business... maybe you should tell people the whole story. Like you possibly came in unable to describe what it is that you wanted. And that Jodi bent over backwards to help. Hairstylists can not define you. You must do that for yourself. And, after that 1st haircut you were unhappy, but couldn't describe why. And, then Jodi accommodated you again with a second haircut... for free. You could have possibly brought in a photo of yourself from the '90s, and requested that haircut... which she provided.
