I had such a great experience working with the Fenceman Company. They were professional from the very beginning. The estimate process was quick & easy. They made suggestions I hadn't even thought of which I appreciated. They communicated along the way with timely estimates as to when the project could be done & kept me notified of any possible weather delays. On the day of tear down & post install they arrived on time, were friendly & professional & respected my time. We usually do not write reviews, but felt compelled with the great job performed by The Fenceman. The Fenceman did our original cedar fence on steel posts almost 30 years ago. (We were a little overdue to have it replaced.) After getting bids, The Fenceman gave us a very competitive bid. They just finished our fence, and not only are the cedar boards good looking and good quality, the installation was second to none. The customer service provided from our estimator, David, to the lead installer, Austin, and his co-worker, Eddie, was excellent. While I ended up not buying from this company, I have to leave a great review. My reason for not going with them had nothing to do with their service or product, but purely our end and a sudden change in our financial situation. Their service was amazing, and I was disappointed that I couldn't go through them. My future fencing needs will definitely be through the Fenceman.
