They supplied excellent directions for flooring preparation and maintenance. Jobe and Nathalie went well above normal customer service from the minute I first visited the store through the purchase process. Jobe in particular - on multiple occasions - sent very detailed emails to ensure installation and long-term flooring success would be our outcome. No matter how many times we crosschecked with our contractor, etc. Jobe was always there for us! I would definitely suggest anyone looking for flooring visit Jobe and Nathalie at Fantastic Floor in Vancouver!
