I fully understand why this company is named Fantastic! Starting with Nathalie, and including all the others who helped us get our new flooring, everyone we worked with was exceptional. Fantastic Floor has a great selection of flooring in the goods we were interested in: 3/4 inch hardwood. They quickly sent us samples, so we could narrow our choices. The unfinished solid Walnut plank flooring is now installed, finished, and cured. So we have moved the furniture back into the rooms, and have moved back into them--after four months of sleeping in the guest bedroom. Nathalie and all the others in Fantastic Floors are indeed, Fantastic. Thank you!
We had a great experience ordering (via Nathalie) and with shipping (Sela). We ordered engineered douglas fir, which is very hard to find. The floors turned out great, and we would definitely shop here again!
