I can’t give a complete review because I was never helped, sat in the waiting area (in eyesight of the stylist, have you.) for at least 15 min. I just feel like that was about 10 min too long to not say anything towards me, or even acknowledge I’m there. I just wanted to get my lady a gift certificate for our anniversary. 2 stars because they honestly had really comfy chairs in the waiting room, -3 stars because I feel like I came in, waited, and left without any kind of human interaction, besides eye contact.Again, I have no idea how good they are at cutting hair. 4.7 average tells me probably pretty good. My first experience at texture hair and nail salon was perfect. Pam is an amazing hair designer she's knowledgeable, thorough, and best of all a great person. I'll be going back for sure.

I am new to the Vancouver, WA area and I was looking for a good hairstylist. A friend recommended Margot. Margot is not only good, she's GOOD! I did not get disappointed as I was in the past when I get recommendations. I went yesterday to get a color. She did color, highlights and flat ironed my hair. My hair is naturally curly. I posted my new hairdo in Facebook.... and my friends love my new hair! Thank you Margot for a job well done.
