We first contacted Jon and his wife because they were recommended to us. We received a quote to replace 5 windows and a french door. I had had experience with three other window companies and while all were knowledgeable with confident inspiring salesmen, you just can't beat meeting the owner of a company face-to-face to see what they know, think, and get a feel for the customer service. Jon and his lead installer, Jason, knocked it out of the park. The communication on window order status (Jon gave us a realistic time frame of a month or two for our Milgard windows to be delivered) quality of work, and attention to detail was impressive.
