I called Smart Choice at 8:15 am for AC repair and it was fixed by 11:30 am that same morning!
Jose was friendly, helpful and very professional. I will definitely call them again if/when needed!
Always excellent service! They don’t come in and tell you that everything needs to be replaced, but they just kind of tell you the state of things. Front and straightforward with repairs and what the life of my furnace and air conditioning unit is. Couldn’t ask for better service.
We have had their service plan for 5 years & highly recommend Smart Choice. They are always prompt & informative. It was nice to see that they are also on the "recommended list"of service providers for 1 of our local public utilities (I don't remember exactly which one).
