The installation was done by the next day. A crew arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. The crew members were very thorough, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Can't believe we waited so long to get AC??. Service Patriots have been amazing from sale to maintenance!! Their finance options made installation so doable. Day of install was busy but organized. Great communication about controls, filters, drains etc. Had a fine tune follow up due to "whistles" which was quick and pleasant. NEVER made to feel stupid or a bother. They called me for making annual maintenance appt. Easy to schedule and very good about communicating timing and arrival. Albert was AWESOME, so sweet!! He clearly explained what he was doing, any needs and how he handled them. So great to work with, will ask for him next time. Again... read full review
