I have been seeing the same 2 Doctors for the last 6 years and am very happy with them both. They are professional, kind, knowlegable, and will actually take the time to listen no matter how long. They are very thorough and give top quality care. The medical assistants have been cheerful and bring a positive energy, making the visit more pleasant. The front desk staff have always been friendly and professional in person or by phone with little or no wait to be checked in, then only about 5-10 minutes to see doctor. I am very happy here and plan to stay for many more years.
It was a several month wait for my nibling to get their intake appointment to establish care, but the care they received was compassionate, and they were listened to about every concern.
The staff were a bit slow to submit a prior authorization on a medication, but upon hearing that it still hadn't happened at a follow up appointment, the staff fixed the issue immediately.
The staff exceeded my expectations in terms of effectiveness of care, listening to patient concerns, and being LGBTQ+ friendly.

This place is under funded. It is a government agency that a lot of people there are just in training and it’s their first job in this kind of a situation. If people take a cut and pay there to help the public, but they are limited of what they can actually do because of the cutting funding. It’s very sad. I haven’t been treated poorly. I have waited very long times for appointments. OB/GYN department has been really good. I haven’t seen a provider yet. We’ll see how that goes.
