My name is Jessica and I've been going to this location for almost half a year now and I can honest say that it's been rely a good experience so far simply because of the care and kindness that Dr Johnson and his wonderful staff have showed me I've never had a Dr and his amazing team truly care and go above and beyond to. I am not happy with my experience at this place. First of all, I had to wait 4+ months for my appointment, and then when the time would get close they would reschedule it 2-3 times before I was finally able to see a doctor. Secondly, after medical assistant brought me into a room and checked me in, I waited over 1 hour before Dr Halopeter came (I was about to leave). Thirdly, after I saw my abnormal blood test results, I contacted/ called office 3 times and left message that I want a doctor to look at my tests and tell me if I need to start some medication or is it bad—nobody ever called or messaged me back or followed up on me after my appointment that needed a follow...read full review

I’m not exactly sure why other reviews are so poor. I’ll admit this is not a pristine clinic and you have to meet them halfway but I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve come here total of 5 times, 3 of those times meeting with the doctor. My doctor (Dr.Johnson) has always been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The staff, while they have not always been super attentive, are always kind and know what they’re doing. The general rules of going to the doctor apply here; If you want something you need to push for it, if you have a problem you need to make them hear it, if you’re confused ask questions.
