We contracted Rick's to "dog-proof" one side of our yard. After a scheduling glitch which they quickly remedied, they came out to install a new gate and a short length of decorative fence. Daniel and Trevor arrived on time, walked me through the details of what they were going to do, and got started. The next time I went out to check a few hours later, most of the fence was up and looking great. They finished the job ahead of schedule, despite the inevitable unexpected hurdles, cleaned everything up and left our yard nice & tidy with a beautiful new fence that allows our dog free reign. I had a deck replaced by Ricks. The onsite construction crew (Woody, Hayden, Josh & Adam) showed outstanding professionalism and excellent craftsmanship in their work. They easily deserve five stars with their onsite performance. The only reason for four stars was for some of the difficulty working with the office. However, Woody and crew more than made up for the office shortcomings once they were onsite constructing my deck.
