This is a great dentist and the service itself has been stellar. The dental assistants remember your name on repeat visits and everyone is very professional. However, I recently tried to call and contact a receptionist to ask a simple question about pricing. I was immediately booted over to an AI answering machine that kept repeating questions. It was infuriating after having been able to connect with a real person in the past and get answers quickly and without hassle. Rather than having an option to be on hold and wait a bit for a person, it forces you to leave a message, and then hangs up.
Great team, they took care of my child’s urgent pain on a weekend. A bright group full of compassion. To be honest I preferred their office and demeanor over other “child oriented” offices. They’ve definitely earned my ongoing business.
I will say the first couple times I visited Ranieu I was uncomfortable being someone “older”. I felt they may be too young and trendy and I’ve never had a dental office that used technology as heavily as Ranieu does. Today, in spite of those personal concerns, I realized they are truly caring and compassionate and their use of technology in communication is very helpful in reminding me of visits and keeping track of what I need when. I will definitely make them my dental clinic for the long haul.
