Viktor and his team did a 2-layer tear off of my existing siding, and replaced it with a Hardie siding. At the time of quoting, Provision was about 15% higher than my lowest bidder, and comparable to another bid I had received. From the details that Viktor had pointed out in the quoting phase, I was confident he would do a thorough job.
Pros: Very thorough and high quality work

I hired Viktor with Provision Remodeling to hang new cement board siding on my home and remove the drywall infested LP siding which was failing and original to our home. We went through him for exterior paint as well, which he insisted on using Sherwin Williams for, as they are considered the best quality. In the process of having our home looked over to see what projects we could afford to do, we had an unpleasant surprise in finding out the previous home owners...who replaced the roof themselves...laid the roof shingles incorrectly and therefore we had swelling and imminent failure. Viktor and the entire Provision team did a great job with our siding / window remodel. The communication throughout the process was great and from the start we were confident in our decision to choose Provision. We made a few changes throughout the project and Viktor was always gracious and never made us feel like we were a bother.
