This is where I started my Jiujitsu journey. I trained there for several years. White belt to purple. The only reason I am no longer there is because I moved to Portland and my work schedule didn't allow me to make it to class. Trevor is a top level black belt and goes above and beyond for his students. But what really sets them apart from others is feeling of family. Progressive and Trevor is and will always be my Jiujitsu family, no matter where I train. Highly recommend this dojo.

Our son LOVES his instructor Trevor and this class. Words cannot describe how beneficial the art of Jiu jitsu, the care of his instructor and peers has been for him. Highly recommend Progressive to anyone child or adult.

This is a great place to learn Jiujitsu, get your body in shape and clear your mind. Trevor has cultivated a Friendly atmosphere with Very good Jiujitsu classes for kids and adults. Trevor is very knowledgeable, and a master of his art. His explanation of techniques are clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend
