Tracy is great! She works fast and still does an excellent job! Best foot/lower leg massage I've ever had! Stellar job on my eyebrows as well! I would've given 5 stars, but the seat I was put in was really broken down, especially the side arms, so I didn't have the stability to help hoist myself comfortable in the seat.

Their pedicures are always great. Manicures are a hit or miss. My shellac nails were great and stayed on for quite a long time with no chipping for weeks and that says a lot coming from me since I'm never careful. My nail tech also shaped them nicely. However I wasn't able to get the design i truely wanted since she was unable/unfamiliar with designing bows. She attempted a couple times and it was clear it just wasn't good so then I said to do what she knows which is flowers of course. It was definitely pretty, I just really wanted pretty bows. My friends shellac unfortunately wasn't applied well. They skipped the edges and it was uneven and she was too polite to say...read full review
