Everyone was very nice and professional I feel my eye condition is being taken very seriously with great concern I will definitely keep using this eye care facility for all of my needs .
I have been a patient at Northwest Eye Care Professionals for almost 6 years due to sustaining a moderate Traumatic Brain Injury in 2016. I’m a rather demanding person at times due to my TBI and the doctors and support staff are amazing at working through the issues with me what ever they may be. As to the clinical side of the practice, while I usually see Dr. Julia, I have seen all the doctors there and would recommend every single one of them. The care and knowledge that goes into every visit is superior. Dr Julia is very competent and kind, making sure to explain things clearly. The office staff is also helpful and skilled when helping with appointments, picking out glasses and any billing questions.
