They have a great selection of beds to choose from. The red light therapy is fantastic too. Always receive friendly customer service which is really nice. I can’t wait to try some of their other services soon.
All of the times we’ve been to Lux Wellness in Salmon Creek, the staff have been super friendly. We done the cryotherapy in the location many times. The hours are good for us, as they’re open after work, school, practices, etc. The only negative that we’ve encountered was when only one of us got do our cryo session because the tank was empty.
Overall a really great experience. I am pretty active and while I have heard of cryotherapy I never tried it. I walked in not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean location with a very knowledgeable staff.It felt like going into an ice bath on steroids. Took all the aches from the week out of my body. I also had some pain in my low back but after I was done it was gone and stayed gone far longer than when I get a massage. I will definitely be coming back and I will be recommending it to my friends.
