We’ve met with four roof contractors, and Rian at Legit is far and away the best. He was friendly, easy going, and just handed us his very reasonable quotes at the end with no pressure. He left an informative pamphlet, and was very up front and honest about what would work best for us. We haven’t moved forward yet, but we had another contractor come by the same day and they were almost impossible to remove from our house, droning on for over three hours. From the initial sales consultation through the end of the roof install, all interactions were professional, transparent, thorough, and courteous. Rian answered all of our questions succinctly on the front end, and having received four other bids up to that point, we felt we were getting an extraordinary value for a 50-year roof.
The owner Dave was highly communicative throughout the entire process as he came on-site to take measurements, texted me a link to a photo history of the crew’s work, and followed through with installing free gutter downspouts as well. Rian was great to work with and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything I wasn’t comfortable with purchasing. I highly recommend working with Rian if you are in need of a new roof!
