I go see Dr Whittam here and am quite satisfied with her. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am taking away one star because it's difficult to reach specific people over the phone but I find that true for all my doctors nowadays.
Scheduling is a breeze and the front office is efficient and friendly. I've never had to wait more then 5 minutes after I checked in. The medical staff are highly competent and answer any questions readily.
I love Stephanie Bennett. She has been providing my care for a number of years and I have always had a good experience with her. I have noticed a decline in patient experience since Legacy took over the clinic. I guess I have been fortunate to not have had a horrible experience. Like I said, there has been a decline in overall patient experience with some of the new Legacy staff. I can deal with that because I receive great care from Stephanie.
