“I rarely leave reviews, but Custom Care Valet Dry Cleaning is incredible!!! They sent a driver over to pick up my laundry for a wash & fold service within AN HOUR of my call AND DELIVERED it back right away. (I got a little behind after getting Covid and a back injury.) This is the only business I could find that services my area in West Vancouver. I am still in awe of the exceptional customer service that Latifeh provided. She is professional and compassionate, and their rates are surprisingly affordable. From now on, they have our business for ALL dry cleaning and laundry services! West Van friends & fam, look no further - they're the best. <3“

“I would give them a 5 star except the owner must not be concerned about equipment maintenance. There are too many units out of service. 4 out of 6 on the largest washers. 3 or 4 dryers out. Not a good appearance for the public. I will use them again as needed because it is kept very clean .
