“All Seasons is the best! They have taken care of us for over 20 years.. starting when we first bought our house and had a Carrier Heat Pump and air handler installed, to now when we needed our Daikin Mini-Split system fixed (thanks to Ken!!!).
Everyone that has been to our home for service is super knowledgeable, courteous, and just a pleasure to work with.
They are always quick to respond to inquiries and open/upfront with estimated costs for their service.
I will never call another company for anything HVAC related again.. I learned my lesson there the hard way :)

“I have never previously written an online review, but my recent experience with Central Heating makes me feel like I need to. After being away for six months, I arrived home last week to find that my HVAC system would not work. The fan was unmoveable--frozen solid--and since it is a 20+ year old system, I figured that I would probably, however reluctantly ($10000), finally have to replace it. After checking out the top-rated HVAC companies in Vancouver, I decided to go with Central precisely because it is smaller and I would be dealing directly with the owners responsible for the whole business, rather than with some, perhaps less committed, employee. I called Oleg, whose message suggested I might expect a reply within two days, but in the event, he called back within the hour, and we set up an appointment for a couple days later. No crisis, since the temps have been pleasant and mild. Two days later, Vitaly came out, and when I described the problem, he confirmed that, IF I needed a new unit, I would be looking at a total replacement and a 10k bill. But after examining the unit, he suggested that, before we did anything drastic, we could try just replacing the motor and capacitor and see if that did the trick. Two days later, he arrived as scheduled and within an hour, he had replaced the motor and, sure enough, he had the system running fine. Total bill, including labor: $600, which, according to my math, is Way less than $10k. So---responsive, prompt, reliable, with an eye to keeping costs as low as possible. Sounds good to me! Post-pandemic, we have gotten used to overtaxed services, broken supply chains, and much higher prices. It's wonderful to see a business that can still do the job quickly and effectively for a very reasonable cost. Don't be deterred by the fact that they are a smaller company. That proved to be a big advantage. Go with Central. You will not regret it.“

“My wife and I just moved to Ridgefield WA three weeks ago and had some issues with our heating and cooling in our brand new home. We noted that every vent in the house was blowing strongly and creating a strong draft of either hot or cold air directly in front of it. Closing the registers didn't always help, and added the nuisance of a whistling sound. Additionally, the air was not being properly balanced throughout the house. Area Heating and Cooling (who installed the HVAC system) sent out Tyler and Austin to help us address the issue. Before they arrived, we were sent pictures of both so that we could confirm they weren't some stranger showing up at our door. Both Tyler and Austin were pleasant, polite, and competent. They walked through each room of the house taking temperature measurements, showed us how to adjust the louver in the mechanical room, and adjusted the louvers and slats at each register in our home to give a more comfortable distribution. My wife and I were beyond happy to have gotten our issues resolved so that we could get back to enjoying our new home!“

“I noticed my water softener was constantly running. I called United and was told someone would call me back. Aaron called back very quickly. He walked me through putting my system on bypass, which was not an easy task, until someone could come out.

An appointment was scheduled for today. Joey and Jordan showed up. They explained what was wrong with the water softener as well as the cost involved. I actually considered just not using the system anymore but after testing my water and talking to them I decided to go ahead with the repair. There was no pressure on their part and they did a great job of explaining everything. I was even given a suggestion about the best salt type for my system.

Upon doing the repair they could see that an entire piece of the equipment had broken off.

Tyler and Kellen called me 30 minutes before each day of work, to give me a heads up they were on the way. They pulled out my old AC and furnace units the first day and completed the job before noon the second day.
