“Needed gutters cleaned and debris removed from roof and hoped to get it done e quickly with July 4th closing fast. Didn't want a firework to spark on the dried out leaves and such. Submitted a Yelp request which came back with 4-5 options. The guys at All Seasons responded quickly. I gathered other quotes but All Seasons came in best. They had someone come to my house for an on site inspection and offered other suggested services too (shingle repair, roof vent replacement, etc). They even took pics so I know these were legit and not them trying to pull a fast one. They were able to do the job within 2 days of that. Through the process they communicated quickly, weren't pushy, did great work and all at a good price. I will use them again and won't hesitate to recommend to others.“

“We received a mailer from Matador Exteriors in May 2024, with a Google Maps picture of our home and an estimate for a roof replacement. A few days later I saw a message from Christie O’Dore on the Nextdoor website asking if anyone had received their mailer. At the time I wasn’t considering a new roof, but it was 20 years old and I knew it was just a matter of time , so I messaged Christie and told her that I would keep their mailer for future reference. I appreciated receiving the mailer rather than having someone knock on our door to try to sell us a roof because “they were in the neighborhood replacing so and so’s roof.” The estimate was detailed with two different options for shingles, gutters and downspouts. A few months later after some heavy rain I noticed some streaking that I had seen before I got the house painted last year. I called and Matt O’Dore came out, looked in the attic and the condition of our lower roof and pointed out how the edges of the shingles were starting to show fiberglass and how their should be more attic vents as well as roof vents for our bathroom fans. Matt provided an formal quote which was close to his estimate so I accepted the bid for new shingles, gutters, and downspouts with clean-out traps to prevent clogging downstream. We are very happy with the materials and workmanship, and how clean they left our yard when the work was completed. We also enjoyed working with Matt who came out to inspect the project and perform a final sweep for debris. We purchased the larger gutters and downspouts, the gutters are mounted with an internal bracket and screwed to the rafter tails, rather than large spikes which are visible on the outside of the gutters.“

“Dan is the owner of Leafdrop Gutters. He has done the gutters on all of my rental properties and my home over the last 10 + years. I have but 1 regret now, I just used Dan at leaf Drop Gutters for the 6th and final time on the very last of my properties and once again they did a great job at a great price. The regret ? I don't have any properties left that will need gutters again in the next 15 to 20 years. But if I did, I would definitely call LeafDrop Gutters again. “Back in 2015 Warner Roofing did a complete tear off and re-roof of our two story split entry. They did a great job. Brought out a good sized crew and pretty much knocked it out in one day.
This year I'm starting to get things ready to have the house painted and while looking over things I noticed a small corner of the eaves where the plywood decking was delaminating.
I called Warner and asked to have someone come out and tell me what it would cost to have that corner of the roof peeled back and the plywood and roofing replaced there.
Their guy came out and looked it over and said it must have been a pre-existing condition and the crew just overlooked that the plywood needed to be replaced in that area.
I was not expecting this, but Warner decided that it was an oversight on their part and that their warranty would cover the replacement.
A few days later their crew came out and did the repair. Once again, in a very professional manner.
