Amazing customer service!! Went looking for a fix for my shower faucet, what I thought was a good idea, just happened to be something that wouldn’t work, the gentleman in the front of the store walked back, got the parts, showed me how to fix the problem, which happened to be $25 cheaper. They make you feel at home and everyone says Hi and then waves at you when you leave. I had spent 40 mins prior at Home Depot that was a waste of time, no one I came in contact with could help me. Thank you for your years of service and hope many more to come!!
Had a problem with a Shower Head that broke in our 2 year old Remodeled Bathroom.Told Alex about it and he contacted company and they sent complete new shower head. As usual Alex and all employees go above and beyond.Grovers is only place I shop for electrical and plumbing supplies
My first time coming to this store and was blown away by the service I was promptly greeted and grab a number. Jason asked how he could help as I pulled the number. I had a leak in my facet and shut off valves. Additionally I needed to add in a water line. Jason took the time to explain how to install and what may or may not go wrong. He also gave me several options for products at different price points to fit my budget. Jason helped insure me that I could handle the project and did not need to spend unnecessary money in a plumber.
