Don't even bother renting at this concentration camp! I mean apartments! The security gate is just for show, anyone can come through because the gate doesn't work! I have no idea why this easy bake kitchen is built the way it is but it's crap! They chopped down that beautiful tree that made the apartments look somewhat decent now it's just sad and gray.

Absolutely awful and overpriced. Poorly built apartments, with new ownership every few years. The apartments are very poorly built. Terrible parking(that you have to pay extra for). The last company removed all the dumpsters and told everyone it was to create extra parking, but we aren't allowed to park where the dumpsters used to be, now for the last couple of years there is literally trash everywhere. People just throw their trash in the recycling bins and where the dumpsters used to be, not to mention the literal dump at the back of the property. I would give negative stars if I could. These apartments have horrible management, spider and bug infestations, and constant issues with packages/lockers, mail not being delivered, and definitely some pretty sketchy characters hanging around. If you never have to deal with the leasing office, and never get mail or packages, and don't mind your car being at risk of a break in constantly because the gates are never working, and enjoy overpaying for an apartment made of rotting wood, then this is definitely the place for you.
