We have an aggressive 1yr old that needed her nails clipped. Franko's answered all our questions and was willing to go the extra mile for her. They will have our business for life!!! We were very nervous "parents" and were so happy with the lady that did the clipping, we forgot to get her name and forgot to tip her - just wait until next time, our tip will double.
