Andrew and Richard came out and inspected the suspected areas. The damage was NOT attributed to any water leaks. They took photos to document their visit. Highly recommended for their prompt response and professionalism while in my home.
Aris, Mark, Riley and everyone on the team for my project did a stellar job - polite, quick, clean and communicative. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs the service they offer!
Ricky and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also clean which I really appreciate. They also made sure to make our space as liveable as possible considering all the equipment that was in here. They were very clear with what path they were goofing to take as far as their procedure and they were also very clear on what the next steps would be. Dry time also made sure to send someone out every day, even the holiday, to do moisture checks. This ensured we didn't keep the equipment any longer than necessary. All in all great experience with this company.
