Irene at CFM is wonderful to work with!!! She made the entire process easy - from helping with samples and steering us towards the right decision and selecting the best installer. The first carpet that was delivered was not the right one. Irene took care of everything and made sure things were done right. We absolutely love the end product and could not be happier. We have done a lot of remodeling over the years between this house & our cabin so we know how wonderful Irene is to work with, not everyone provides that high of a level of service. Thank you!
I have used CFM Vancouver a few times over the years and have always had exceptional service. With a few of my projects, I have an issues with my orders (not on CFMs part), and CFM has always been completely understanding of my mishaps and have been easy and prompt to work with when issues with my projects came up. Both times I was extremely relieved with CFM was prompt to handle my mishaps and correct them. I will continue to have CFM vancouver be my first go to place for flooring and title material. Highly recommend giving them a consideration.
Originally, I gave a 5 star review. However, the carpet that was ordered arrived with a black sharpie stain that went through to the carpet side and contractor had to return and reorder. Contractor states to me that he can’t get any info about when or where it is.
I will update my review if this is made right.

Edit 7-14-25: Bron was very helpful and professional and asked about how everything turned out after the installation. It looks immaculate. He even threw in a gift card for coffee.
