I looked for a newer laptop on Marketplace and purchased an almost new 17" HP from Gerald who owns Computech. I love this laptop! It came with Windows 11 and Office 2021. It works sooo much better than my old laptop. And it was priced very reasonable. I highly recommend you buy your next laptop from Gerald! He is a man of integrity and gave me some simple instructions on transferring my data. I am grateful.

I dropped off a computer that took 25 minutes to boot up , and the next day picked up a computer that was faster than new. I have been using Computech for close to a decade and have never been disappointed.

I needed to resuscitate a vintage Windows machine (2009 Vintage, running Windows 7) to use with a CADD Program. I've been solely on Mac since then, but there just isn't a Mac-CADD Application that comes close to the value and ease of use of Visual CADD. Gareld was able to revive my Windows machine in one day. This was a non-trivial task. After first running a complete and comprehensive diagnostic, he discovered the ancient (spinning) hard drive was failing. I also needed to upgrade the available RAM to be able to host Windows 11.
