Had intro class and really loved it. It seems a bit expensive at $90 for 4 classes/month $160 for 8 times a month and unlimited over $200 monthly. If it was more affordable I'd definitely join. Great for people with injuries such as whiplash. I feel good after this type of exercise not in pain or exhausted.

They have a first time customer free class !! You have to go to the website to find the free class but what a steal! I didn't realize how much of a work out Pilates is - I'm glad I was able to use the first time class ti see what Pilates was about. The instructor was very easy to follow along with.

Club Pilates is a great place to balance your body, gain strength and increase flexibility. I love the variety of instructors and the unique personalities they bring to the workout. Talk to Keenan and he will hook you up with classes.
