Great customer service!!! So very helpful and kind!!! My Dad's frames broke this morning. I took them in to the same location. Told them his situation. She ordered the replacement no problem! Quick and easy!
Got a new pair of glasses at the Hazel Dell location and the arms were warped and fit goofy. I went to the 164th location and was greeted warmly by the wonderful Jane. Heather who listened to my concerns was absolutely awesome and fixed the problem in secs, The glasses feel and look so much better. I’ll be coming here for now on. Thank you!
Well i was very well greeted by the secretary, the assistant made me comfortable and explained every procedure to me where i understood it and the optometrist was awesome, she showed interest in my conditions, was sympathetic and i feel she went above and beyond to help me with my conditions that are pending. Overall this is an awesome experience I've been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old I won't mention how old I am now haha but this this place really made me feel comfortable and that I was somebody.
