This was our first time using AMPM and was the best we had ever had! They were quick to get someone out to our house for repairs the next day (even during some of the hottest weather we have had in a while) even though every other company in the area were setting appointments for two weeks out. Their technician, Jason Knuth showed up on time (got a text with his picture and time of arrival) and after arrival, he went right to work, found the problem and then got it fixed all within an hour, saving us money. AM/PM fit us in pretty quickly during a heat wave when our old heat pump died. They went out of their way to make sure everything went well and was up and running before they were done. Bo and the boss completed the job in 1/2 day and made sure all of our questions were answered. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or at least recommend the company, as hopefully we won’t need them any time soon!

I recently had Bo come out to inspect the heat pump for my above ground pool. Bo inspected my heat pump and said “all is good “, and proceeded to tell me the things I should look for to maintain my heat pump. I would highly recommend Bo to anyone who needs help with their system . I appreciated the honesty that Bo demonstrated, and would recommend him to anyone else .
