Had a tattoo finished here by Elizabeth. When I went to get another piece done by her, she asked me for a $60 deposit to work on the design. After about 2 weeks of not hearing anything from her, I asked for my money back. She told me it's non-refundable even though she never said that up front. Then she sent me 2 simple designs that she never asked for any direction or input on. I asked her to work on them but she blamed me for not giving her enough input! She never asked for input or even told me she was working on anything!
