We have used multiple contractors in the past couple of years for various projects at our house, but 1040 Remodeling has been one of our favorite people to work with, they definitely stand out, starting with the contract. It was very well written, well detailed and with no surprising costs at the end of the project. The crews always cleaned up after themselves, very friendly guys and easy to work with. We recommend this remodeling company!

I needed some windows and 1040 Was the best overall option out of a few I contacted. There was some supply issues (standard for Bidenomics) but Johnny (owner) was super communicative and reassuring. When the windows finally showed up, he was professional and showed up in time and did a great job. They also changed a large picture window from 2 smaller windows and did all the construction aspects of the change. Good person to talk with a I felt very comfortable with him in my home. This is not our first time we have used 1040 Remodeling, and for a good reason! They did amazing on our patio cover with composite deck. The guys involved us in the process, worked with us on the pricing, and delivered right on time. We love our new patio! It looks solid and better than we have imagined. Also, recently one of our other properties had a leak in the windows. 1040 Remodeling guys reframed our leaky exterior window frames, and installed the new siding.Highly recommend them. You'll find that their professionalism, competence, timeliness and competitive pricing is hard to match.We'll be using them in our future projects. Oleg
