Tldr: My nail tech was painfully rough with my nails, and my manicure gave me an itchy rash.I went in a for an acrylic fill last week. It was my first time at this salon. I made an appointment for 5:00, arrived at 5:00, and had to wait 35 minutes before they sat me at a nail station. My nail tech recommended that I take my current set of nails off and get a new set. She started taking off my nails in a really painful way, and when I flinched and said "ow" she didn't really react and kept on going.. Excellent customer care, staff are very friendly and are engaging. The glass of wine served pushed this to 5.5.Based on the picture, I wouldn't be able to tell who got gell and who was straight polish. Both are still perfect after a week.Chairs are massaging, it is clean and calming in there. Restrooms are available. We didn't have an appointment and were able to get right in on a Thursday after work.Don't forget, grab the glass of wine...it's free.
Great service and great team. The employees always try to strike up a conservation with you. The prices increased quite significantly recently so that was a bit of a shock, but they do a nice job here. Only thing I would say is get a reservation. Even though they take walk-ins, they generally say it's a shorter wait than it actually is. Most recently we came in and we were told there was a 20 minute wait. Reasonable for not having an appointment. We actually waited 45 minutes. I understand waiting without a reservation, but would just ask that estimates of wait are a bit more realistic.
