I overindulged my cat unfortunately and the repercussions are his being so fat he can't clean himself properly and has mats the other unfortunate part is he's so mean to everyone besides me no one will touch him this is the only place so far that has taken me seriously and not been rude about them not being able to knock him out when the reality of it is I need him put to sleep for a while to be shaved cuz he's so mean and now his poor little skin is getting red thank goodness these guys agreed to help
We came to UP Vet after a really bad experience with our previous vet. We absolutely love this clinic! Dr. Boone has gone above and beyond our expectations and really made up for the experience we had at our previous vet. It’s been extremely easy to set up appointments and communicate with office staff (so convenient being able to text). Dr. Boone & staff are so knowledgeable and will answer every question you might have. One of our cats deals with IBD so it’s been important for us to find a vet that can help with this and the office has accommodated us anytime she has a stressful flair up! I ended up bringing my dog here after getting horrid service at Commencement Vet on 6th. The vet here was phenomenal, didn't dismiss our concerns. Went step by step over every procedure and what would be happening next. They care about their animal patients here, they aren't just in it for the money.
