I've been coming to Pacific Wellness for the past 3 months and have nothing but great things to say about everyone who works there. First, Tai & Lisa, the office administrators are always so friendly and accommodating. My work schedule can change at a moment's notice and they're always flexible and understanding when I need to reschedule. Dr. Garza is an amazing chiropractor and Kristen, in the spa, is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Between the two of them, they've helped me to work through some painful hip and shoulder issues. I've got nothing but love and appreciation for the whole Pacific Wellness team and would highly recommend them to everyone!

The very next day after said email was sent out, the company responded with this follow-up email (which Larry clearly did not read): We have become aware that our follow-up email did not reach all of our patients who originally received an email that was sent on our behalf by a company that no longer will be marketing for us. We would first like to apologize for the appalling and insensitive email that had our name attached. We do not stand behind that way of thinking!
