Leroy Newton construction was my 3rd internship I completed during my college career at central Washington universities construction management program. The administration at LNC was imbedding their procedures and companies mission from my first day of my internship in the summer of 2022. Right off of the bat I could see them not only teaching me the ins and outs of the concrete industry but training me to be apart of their team in a full time position. I have been working for Leroy Newton Construction for the past 3 years and I can't say enough about this company. Our field crews are hard working, forward thinking and professional. They are the All Stars of LNC. We strive to be team players with the Owner, GC, and other subs. The better we can work with each other the smoother the job goes and we try to keep that in mind.One thing that Leroy Newton Construction is passionate about is taking care of the employees. They realize that the team is important and they work so hard to keep the team members valued and appreciated.

I am a Project Superintendent for MCNW in Lakewood, and have had the pleasure of working with Leroy Newton Construction on my projects, most recently the downtown YMCA Locker Room Renovation, and a Industrial renovation in Fredericksen. Leroy Newton Construction proved to me that their primary focus and goal with project team members is to establish a positive relationship and to show that they can be a trustworthy and important asset to the project.
