This place is always a life saver. Barely ever have a wait time, gets us in quickly. They treat the issue, give good advice, and call to follow up. I’ve been taking my kids here for the last several years. Im a little sad that I was changed to a Multicare preferred insurance, because I don’t want to stop using this specific UC.
I’ve gone to this urgent care multiple times, everyone there is so welcoming and cares. The wait hasn’t ever been long and I have always left feeling more informed with what was going on. Plus, this is an extremely clean facility. Definitely recommend if you’re in need of urgent care.
Couldn't get into my primary care provider. She was booked solid. Went to urgent care for a sinus infection. Dr. platt was extremely professional, thorough, communicative, and an all-around, really nice guy. I was through the whole process in less than an hour. Received all my prescriptions to deal with the infection immediately.
