From the moment we arrived, everyone was beyond kind and helpful. Dr. Eugenio made us feel so comfortable, answered all of our questions and went over everything he was recommending and prices before he did anything. I so so happy we have Fircrest Vet to help take care of our kittens.
Fircrest is the best Veterinary Hospital that we've found in the area for our two cats. We tried another doctor first but the practice was more "reactive" vs our preferred "preventative" care. They always do what they can to get us in if it's late notice and the doctors seem to take great care of our animals. We highly recommend them!
Our dog is terrified of the vets office. The process was seamless. They came to the car to get him. Our dog was shaking and unwilling to cooperate. They got him right into a room. The vet was great with him. They got down on the floor with him and met him at his level. They ensured he was comfortable and did not do anything he was not ready to do. They were extremely good with us humans also.
