“I subscribe to the wash fold service because my w/d is in such an inconvenient place at my new house. I have gotten a couple of items that aren't mine back in with my clothes, which makes me wonder if I've lost items? But I haven't noticed so that's on me haha Aaron has been really friendly every time I've interacted with him. His wife was also nice when I talked to her. There was a billing error that couldn't be fixed when I first signed up but it all worked out because I was able to use the credit. I do have some Disney dresses from the dress shop I have gotten dry cleaned there, I do think it's expensive at $30 a dress but they've come out nicely. I also haven't shopped around for prices because I'm sure it's expensive everywhere. Overall, as someone who has used their services a lot, no complaints :) oh also I do really like their website/customer portal. I can track my order and they also put your items in your profile, which is a nice touch.“

“I used Top Quality Cleaners, not only because they're close by but they were open past 6pm and I was on a time crunch. The man working at the counter was very nice and understood that I needed a suit and shirt done asap. I told him the deadline I needed to drop the suit off to the funeral home and told him it didn't have to be perfect, just presentable. He fit it in and told me he'd have it done by closing the next day. I got there a little early and it was done and ready to go, they were able to remove a small stain on the dress shirt that I wasn't too concerned about since the suit jacket would cover it anyway. For a white shirt, they make it look brand new. I was very appreciative of their understanding during that difficult time.“
