I've been to several massage therapists here in Washington, and many more in Pennsylvania where I lived for most of my life. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to their massage treatment, but for me, Alyssia at BodyPhyx has been one of the best massage therapists I've ever been to. I've been getting massages from Alyssia for about six months now, and I've been consistently impressed with the level of service I've received. I prefer deep massages (I'm a big guy with typically tight muscles) and she does a great job working out all of my trouble areas. I was particularly impressed when I initially visited her and explained my lower back pain situation that she didn't just work on my lower back but also focused a lot on my hamstrings, which apparently have a big impact on lower back function (amazingly, none of my previous dozen or so massage therapists ever connected those issues and focused on the hamstrings like Alyssia did). Alyssia's studio is also very comfortable and relaxing, and she is a very kind and friendly person who operates her business with professionalism. I highly recommend giving BodyPhyx a visit.
