I had a really positive experience with the staff here. At first my stylist didn’t feel comfortable with giving me my haircut so the manager happened to help out while I was on a time crunch. I cut more that 15 inches of hair and they included me in the chop teaching me how to hold the scissor which felt very special and sentimental ♥️ Ever since I cut my hair here I’ve felt more liberated and confident I’ve even had compliments from strangers saying they love my haircut and how it’s so pretty and it suits me. Thank you again to this staff I would definitely go back.

Great service! Got a cut and style appointment as a walk-in and went down the road to a cafe for the hour or so until my slot. There was a bit of a wait past the originally estimated time that we were left waiting for, but I just appreciated being able to get an appointment, being a walk-in and all. They stayed a bit after closing to finish things up with me which was also extremely kind.
During the wash, the stylist was very conscious about ensuring the temperature of the water, pressure used, etc, were all comfortable for me. There was nothing to complain about on my end, but the consideration was still very kind! The products used were super nice... read full review

10/10 haircut from Kidist. I wasn't sure how to describe what I wanted, but she knew exactly what to do with my hair. I left with a lovely haircut & a sense of relief. Thank you!!
