“Was passing through Yakima and wanted to grab a growler of beer. After some simple Google search, found Hop Capitol Brewing that had 4 good sour beers that kindled my interest. Now, I'm unclear whether Hop Capitol is the new brewery where previously Yakima Craft Brewing was or if a new name or they are both the same. Sampled their sours and was immediately captivated by their guava sour. Guava, a tropical fruit has a mellow sweet and fragrant taste, balances the sour very well. Took back a growler of that and enjoyed it the next day in the historic 100F weather in Seattle. Great brewery and recommended!“
