We had an issue at our property and I was really surprised and appreciative of how nice, calm and straightforward their tech - Luigi - was. He called when he got there, called again to let me know what his plan was and explained the pricing very clearly to me and then called when it was completed and gave me his assessment and what his suggestions were. We had/have roots in a line and I asked him if we'd need to redo the line and even when given the opportunity to upsell me on something that would be probably 10-15k (at least), he said he didn't think it was that bad yet and to try other things first. Not something I was expecting from a large company, so I really appreciated it and will be asking for Luigi the next time we need help!

We have been customers of Roto-Rooter for a long time. From the very courteous scheduler lady to the Plumbers each is a true professional. Our last job was part of a remodel that required tile cutting, refitting and seating a toilet. We have been lucky enough to have had Kevin assigned to our jobs. We were amazed that he never batted an eye as the difficulty of the job grew and grew. He did everything he needed to do and we are so very satisfied with the job, the cleanup and the great individual. Prices are always at or below bid. It is really excellent to have a reliable company we can trust completely.

Outstanding company that provided us with outstanding service. They responded on several occasions like we were their only customer. Tim is a man of his word.
