He doesn't have a big fancy painted building so you save on labor, and I would trade that any day for the personal and caring service you receive from this family run business. When you call, the owner Brian is always the one who picks up, and even answered my million questions after hours and on a weekend. He has multiple Platte family members who work there. I was quote $12-24k with other companys and Brian came out and said I just need the outdoor heat pump and there is nothing wrong with my indoor air handler. “As you already know, if your AC system fails you it's usually when our temps are in the triple digits. That is what happened to us.

Our system was 24 years old, when the compressor ultimately failed. We met with Nate who sized up our home very well, inspecting our ductwork in the crawlspace, square footage, etc.

He presented us with 4 options. We agreed to have our HVAC system replaced with a Bosch heat pump, new lines, upgraded breakers, thermostat, furnace, coils and a small but efficient duct work modification for increased airflow.
