We've enjoyed Venables for years. I decided to write a review after our monthly service call. Adrian came out and did an extra thorough assessment of the property. He pointed out potential rat entrance points around the crawlspace and noticed wood eating insect issues that he was able to take pictures of. He also went over treatment options. I was really impressed with how thorough the service was. Highly recommend!

We have been Venables customers for many years. On a regular basis they spray for destructive insects and check for rodents and insects under the house. Preventitive traps have been set for the rodents. We've never had a problem with the carpenter ants or rodents - unlike our neighbors.About 2 or so times a year we do have an invasion of "sugar ants" that seem to come in through a kitchen window. Venabales comes out within a few days of my call, sprays outside and has left ant traps. Problem solved!They always call a few days before the scheduled service then the technician calls to letus know he's on his way.All in all, our investment is secure as possible from "invasions"....read full review
