Not a great experience. Had them setup a network and not keep record of any of the login credentials for the network. Basically if you’re not a MANAGED customer your actual support will be pretty disappointing.

I have used Olympic several times for business telephone services and you can tell when you are working with a well run company. Friendly on the phone, good technical help, just a pleasure all the way around.
