My sister and I went to get pedicures. Water was piping hot and then they adjusted making it cold/luke warm. The massage and hot stones were done with minimal pressure so it didn’t feel like massages at all. My nail tech didn’t touch my one toe that has an ingrown nail even after I mentioned it; so my toe is now hurting more. My sister’s nail tech couldn’t do a rainbow design and kept messing up just her plain color. She kept drill filing down to her nail bed and was burning her. Overall not a good experience. I came in for a pedicure yesterday afternoon. First off the water was scalding!! Your pedicures have definitely gone down hill!! They do the your pedicure so fast!! I used to enjoy getting my nails done because it was relaxing! Now it’s like a race to see how fast they can get done and get on to the next person! I paid with my debt card. I told the girl that I was leaving a cash tip. I gave her a $5 tip. Granted it should have been more for a $35 pedicure but I felt she was lucky to get that! Then to top it off she didn’t even say Thank You! How hard is it to respond to that!! I won’t be back and I definitely won’t refer anyone!! Your staff needs to do better.... read full review
This place is the best place around. I took both my daughters to get their nails done. They were so friendly, professional and caring. I absolutely recommend you won't leave disappointed. Ten out of ten.
Specialties: Requested special nail art. All employees did a great job on designs.
Cleanliness: This salon is extremely clean and nice.
