The bid process was smooth once a timing misunderstanding was resolved. Communication thereafter was clear and timely; the crew showed up on time each day (of 3), were careful with masking themselves and keeping appropriate distance (in these Covid days...), and careful in how they handled our stuff. They seemed to have a nice camaraderie amongst their team, so it was easy to have them here for these 3 days. They were friendly and respectful, both to us and again, with our property. Best of all - GREAT job on the prep, painting, and cleanup! We were concerned about many cut-ins in the paint plan, and a challenging wall finish for cut-Ins, but they turned out near perfect!! Highly recommend!!
