We had a great experience with Floor Express! Communication was prompt and easy, the price was very reasonable, and installation was perfect. We were on a quick timeline and they not only accommodated that but our floors were finished ahead of schedule. I would absolutely return here the next time I have a flooring need and highly recommend them!
I love them! They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and the work is beautiful. They even came to our house and recommended which flooring would fit out style and household members (a kid and two dogs). The best.
Recently, the staff at Floor Express helped me upgrade the kitchen and flooring in my home in Lacey. My goal was to prepare the house for sale in about a year. Heather helped me choose new LVT flooring for the main floor, quartz kitchen countertop and backsplash tile. In addition, she helped identify the craftspersons to do the installations. Heather completed all the ordering of materials and supplies needed. She also scheduled all the installations to fit my schedule.
